I’m Nilesh Tharval, a passionate running coach and marathoner who believes in the power of Desire, Determination, Dedication, and Discipline—the 4 D’s. These principles guide both my personal journey and the runners I coach. Since I started running in 2012, I’ve completed 8 full marathons and over 50 half marathons, pushing myself to reach new limits each time.
My coaching philosophy is built around a deep commitment to these values. I believe every runner has the potential to achieve greatness, and it’s my job to help you unlock that potential. Whether you’re running your first 5K or chasing your personal best in a marathon, my approach focuses on building a strong foundation, setting realistic goals, and gradually increasing intensity while prioritizing injury prevention.
Over the past few years, I’ve successfully trained 100+ runners to tackle everything from 10Ks to full marathons. I’m here to help you run stronger, smarter, and with the confidence to tackle any race with passion and purpose.
